Bonifacio’s welcomes both local guests and travelers at our restaurants in El Fuerte, Sinaloa; San Carlos, Sonora; and Los Mochis, Sinaloa.

Where are Bonifacio’s Restaurants located?

Bonifacio’s has three locations in northwestern Mexico:

Bonifacio’s El Fuerte – Located inside the historic Hotel Torres del Fuerte in El Fuerte, Sinaloa.

Bonifacio’s San Carlos – Located in the beautiful coastal community of San Carlos, Sonora, near the Sea of Cortez.

Bonifacio’s Los Mochis – Our newest location in Los Mochis, Sinaloa, in partnership with the newly renovated Hotel Mansión del Cobre.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-in guests are welcome when tables are available, but reservations are recommended, particularly for evenings, weekends, holidays, larger parties, and special occasions.

Can I make a reservation online?

Yes. bonifacios.com provides dedicated reservation pages for our El Fuerte, San Carlos, and Los Mochis restaurants.

Is my reservation automatically confirmed after submitting the form?

No. Submitting a reservation request does not necessarily guarantee a table. Your reservation is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation from the applicable Bonifacio’s location or an authorized reservation service.

Do you accept large groups?

Yes. We welcome groups and special gatherings. For larger parties, we recommend contacting the restaurant in advance so our team can make the appropriate arrangements.

Depending on the size of the group, a special menu, deposit, minimum consumption, or other arrangements may be required.

Can I host a private event at Bonifacio’s?

What type of food does Bonifacio’s serve?

Bonifacio’s offers a sophisticated dining experience inspired by the flavors of Mexico and northwestern Mexico, complemented by international influences.

Menus vary by location and may include premium steaks, fresh seafood, regional specialties, appetizers, salads, pasta, and chef-inspired dishes.

Each restaurant also incorporates flavors and ingredients inspired by its surrounding region.

Do all three Bonifacio’s locations have the same menu?

No. While the restaurants share the Bonifacio’s philosophy and culinary standards, each location has its own menu and personality. San Carlos Menu, Los Mochis Menu and El Fuerte Menu.

Local ingredients, regional specialties, seasonal availability, and the character of each destination influence the menu.

Do you serve steak and seafood?

Yes. Premium steaks and seafood are an important part of the Bonifacio’s dining experience, although specific selections vary by restaurant and season.

Does Bonifacio’s serve wine, cocktails, tequila and mezcal?

Yes. Bonifacio’s offers a carefully selected beverage program that may include wine, premium spirits, tequila, mezcal, Bacanora, handcrafted cocktails, and house-infused selections.

Do you serve Bacanora?

Yes, we Proudly serve Capital Bacanora, the traditional agave spirit of Sonora, is featured among the regional beverage offerings at Bonifacio’s locations in Sonora and Sinaloa.

Ask your server about current Capital Bacanora selections and specialty cocktails.

Do you accommodate food allergies or special diets?

Please inform your server of any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary requirements before ordering.

Our team will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs whenever possible. However, because our kitchens prepare many different foods and ingredients, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Is Bonifacio’s family-friendly?

Yes. Families are welcome at Bonifacio’s.

The atmosphere can vary by restaurant, dining area, time of day, or special event, so guests traveling with young children may wish to contact the restaurant if they have questions about a particular evening or experience.

Is there a dress code?

Bonifacio’s offers an upscale yet welcoming atmosphere. Smart casual attire is recommended, particularly for dinner in Sinaloa locations. If you are in San Carlos, come as you are, shorts and sandals are welcome.

Does Bonifacio’s El Fuerte serve hotel guests only?

No. Bonifacio’s El Fuerte is located inside Hotel Torres del Fuerte, but the restaurant welcomes both hotel guests and outside visitors.

Visitors exploring El Fuerte are welcome to dine with us, subject to restaurant hours and availability.

Is Bonifacio’s El Fuerte convenient for Chepe Express travelers?

Yes. El Fuerte is a popular destination for travelers exploring the Copper Canyon and traveling aboard the Chepe Express.

Guests staying in El Fuerte before or after their journey are welcome to visit Bonifacio’s inside Hotel Torres del Fuerte.

Does Bonifacio’s El Fuerte serve the Sunday Barbacoa Tacos?

Our Sunday Barbacoa Tacos have become a favorite at the El Fuerte location. Availability and serving times may vary, so we recommend checking with the restaurant when planning your visit.

Does Bonifacio’s San Carlos have outdoor dining?

Bonifacio’s San Carlos takes advantage of the beautiful coastal setting and offers outdoor dining areas where available.

Seating locations may depend on weather, restaurant operations, and availability.

Can I watch the sunset at Bonifacio’s San Carlos?

San Carlos is famous for its spectacular sunsets over the Sea of Cortez and surrounding mountains. Bonifacio’s provides a beautiful setting for enjoying the coastal atmosphere while dining.
