We have always believed that an unforgettable dining experience is about more than what is on the plate—it is about the community gathered together around the table to celebrate a case. On July 23, 2026, our owner and founder, Francisco Bonifacio Torres, officially brought local leaders together to present a project very close to our hearts: 

“La Cena de los 100”

This marquee initiative, presented in alliance with local business chambers and civic organizations, serves as an official platform to recognize outstanding citizens whose resilience, leadership, and hard work drive development across Los Mochis “Ahome”.

What “La Cena de los 100” Means for Our Community

For us, hosting La Cena de los 100 isn’t just about an elegant venue; it’s about making a tangible difference. Backed by a dedicated entrepreneurial and social council, this initiative seeks to bridge the private sector with community organizations to uplift those who make our region a better place. It is a celebration of local spirit, unity, and shared social responsibility.

Honoring Nine Pillars of Resilience

As a core pillar of this program’s mission to give back, a special tribute was dedicated to nine extraordinary local citizens with the first annual award ceremony to be held at Hotel Mansion Del Cobre on October 31st.  Honoring Canuto Ibarra by creating this award to his name and legacy

The Canuto Ibarra award stand to honor those citizens with enduring spirit and place within our community, Hotel Mansion del Cobre and Bonifacio’s collaborated with local networks—including coordinating efforts alongside social assistance frameworks like DIF Ahome—to transform this celebration into a concrete action. The highlight of the evening culminated in the direct delivery of much deserved awards.
