En Bonifacio\u2019s Restaurants<\/strong>, we understand that plans sometimes change. Our goal is to make reservations, cancellations, and special-event arrangements as simple and fair as possible for our guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to reservations, deposits, private dining, special events, and other applicable services arranged directly with Bonifacio\u2019s Restaurants or through bonifacios.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Policies may vary by restaurant location, event type, party size, or special occasion. Any specific terms provided to you when making a reservation or booking an event will take precedence over the general policies below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Standard Restaurant Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Most standard dining reservations do not require advance payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If your plans change, we kindly ask that you cancel or modify your reservation as soon as possible so that we may make the table available to other guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reservations are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from the applicable Bonifacio\u2019s location or an authorized reservation service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Reservation Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reservations may generally be cancelled or modified by contacting the restaurant where the reservation was made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For reservations requiring a deposit, credit card guarantee, or advance payment, specific cancellation terms may apply. These terms will be communicated at the time of booking whenever applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We understand that delays can occur. If you expect to arrive late, please contact the restaurant whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on restaurant capacity and demand, Bonifacio\u2019s may not be able to hold a table indefinitely for late arrivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Guests who do not arrive for a confirmed reservation and do not contact the restaurant may be considered a no-show<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For reservations requiring a deposit or advance payment, a no-show may result in the loss of some or all of the deposit, subject to the terms provided at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Large Parties & Group Reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Large parties or group reservations may require a deposit, advance payment, minimum food and beverage purchase, predetermined menu, or other special arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation deadlines and refund eligibility for group reservations will be communicated before the reservation is finalized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because food preparation, staffing, and seating may be arranged specifically for larger groups, cancellations made after the stated deadline may result in the loss of some or all of the deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Private Dining & Special Events<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Private dining, celebrations, corporate gatherings, weddings, receptions, and other special events may require a deposit to reserve the requested date and space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before confirming an event, Bonifacio\u2019s will provide applicable information regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Minimum spending requirements, when applicable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Final guest count deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n

  • Refund eligibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Menu and beverage arrangements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Additional event-specific conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Submitting a Special Events inquiry through bonifacios.com does not<\/strong> constitute a confirmed reservation or event booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    An event is considered confirmed only after the applicable arrangements have been approved and any required deposit or payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Event Deposits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the event, date, location, and cancellation terms agreed upon when the event is booked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If a refundable deposit applies, the amount and cancellation deadline required to receive a full or partial refund will be communicated before payment is accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Once an event cancellation deadline has passed, deposits may become partially or fully non-refundable because Bonifacio\u2019s may have reserved space, scheduled employees, purchased ingredients, arranged entertainment, or made other preparations specifically for the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Special Dates & Holidays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Reservations for holidays, festivals, special dinners, concerts, promotional events, or other high-demand dates may have different cancellation and refund requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    These reservations may require advance payment or a non-refundable deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Any special conditions will be communicated when the reservation is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Restaurant Purchases<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Food and beverages that have been prepared or served are generally not eligible for refunds simply because of personal preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    However, guest satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is a problem with your meal, beverage, or service, please notify a manager during your visit whenever possible<\/strong> so we have the opportunity to address the situation promptly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Bonifacio\u2019s management may provide a replacement, adjustment, credit, or refund when appropriate based on the circumstances and applicable consumer protections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Third-Party Reservations & Payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Reservations or purchases made through third-party platforms may be subject to the cancellation, payment, and refund policies of that service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If payment was processed directly by a third-party provider, any applicable refund may need to be requested or processed through that provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Bonifacio\u2019s Restaurants cannot guarantee the refund policies or processing times of independent third-party services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    When a refund is approved, it will generally be returned through the original payment method whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Processing times may vary depending on the bank, credit card company, payment processor, or financial institution involved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may therefore be outside the control of Bonifacio\u2019s Restaurants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Restaurant-Initiated Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    In the uncommon event that Bonifacio\u2019s must cancel a prepaid reservation or event due to circumstances within our control, any eligible payments made directly to Bonifacio\u2019s for services that cannot be provided will be refunded or, when mutually agreed upon, applied toward a rescheduled reservation or event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the restaurant may be handled according to applicable law and the specific terms of the reservation or event agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12. Location-Specific Policies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Certain policies may differ among our three restaurant locations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Bonifacio\u2019s \u2013 El Fuerte, Sinaloa<\/strong>
    Bonifacio\u2019s \u2013 San Carlos, Sonora<\/strong>
    Bonifacio\u2019s \u2013 Los Mochis, Sinaloa<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Guests should review any specific cancellation or deposit requirements provided by the restaurant when making a reservation or planning a special event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13. Mexican Consumer Rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Where applicable law provides greater consumer protection than the terms stated in this policy, applicable law will govern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
